What is your return policy for installed parts?
To ensure safety and quality standards, we only accept returns on parts that have not been installed and are in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent repairs, with most orders processing within 24 hours.
Do Elite Car Parts come with a warranty?
Yes, all our parts are backed by a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support more international destinations in the near future.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and may need to be processed as a return instead.
